Welded, 1 or 2 piece wheel resizing & repair

 

We use a lathe to split the wheels and replace the lips or barrels to create an new custom spec. If the wheels are damaged we use the same process to return the wheels to new.

​

We are currently the only company in the US to split and replace lips or barrels and widen 1 piece alloy wheels.

1-piece to 3-piece wheel conversion & resizing

 

We are also the only company to provide 1 piece to 3 piece wheel conversion, especially OEM wheels.

 

We start by removing the centers of you OEM or 1 piece wheels on your in-house lathe and then use new forged 6061-T6 outer lips and inner barrels to create truly stunning results and very original 1 off wheels.

Step-up conversion & resizing (ex. 14"-16", 17"-18")

 

We can turn your small wheels to big wheels.

We offer stepped lips and barrels to upsize your wheels in diameter.  13"to 19" conversion available.

PCD Redrill / Enlarge hub bore

 

We can redrill wheels for minor PCD changes (ex. 4x114.3 to 4x110, 5x114.3 to 5x112).

 

We offer fill and redrill of your wheels for major PCD changes (ex. 5x114.3 to 5x100, 4x100, etc)

 

We can also enlarge hub bore of wheels.
